Read honest and unbiased product reviews from our users. Well, to catch a killer wasn’t the worst mystery i’ve ever read…. One of the most appealing things about “how to catch a killer” is how simply it was broken down and is easy to follow.

Of course, this is one of the first books i have read about true crime. I was so easily wrapped up in the intrigue and mystery, that it was hard for me to figure out who, exactly, the bad guy™ was.i kept on going back and forth from these two characters. It started off a bit slow, but once things picked up, i was constantly on my toes, suspicious of everyone and trying to follow the evidence.

The only memories erin (who is white) has of her mother can be found in the police reports detailing the circumstances of her death. I still saw the end coming from a thousand miles away. The book does have a complicated plot, but it is immensely enjoyable, and the suspense never lets up.

This story does great as a standalone. At the end of catch a killer you get a preview of the first book in the series; I didn't even know it was the second book to a series until i read the end.
